Shipping policy

1. Processing Time All personalized pet accessories and custom gift orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. 2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Domestic Shipping Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days 3. United States Shipping Only AIPetique currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. 4. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as we may be unable to redirect an order once it has shipped. 5. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. Tracking information will usually become active within 24 hours. 6. Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
